BLACK HAT TECHNIQUES: These techniques are in conflict with the Google guidelines like keyword stuffing, linkspan, etc that are quick, unpredictable, and short-lasting growth in ranking.

ON PAGE SEO: It refers to the process of Optimizing the individual WebPages of the website to make it user-friendly and get more quality traffic. On-page tasks of SEO are more important as it builds the 1st impression after someone visits your website so it is much needed to optimize all the content to get a better ranking.

It includes all the tasks which are done on the website to improve its ranking. It includes tasks like

Website audit: This is the first task you need to carry out to get an overview of the website.

Updating Title tags: The title should be according to the focus keyword and around 60-70 characters.

Meta Descriptions: It should also include a focus keyword and must follow prescribed google guidelines.

Image optimization: Optimizing each and every image displayed on the website is also one of the on-page tasks.

Responsive check: The websites should be mobile-friendly.
